アドバンテスト D2T チュートリアル2025 を９月3日（水）午前10時から武田先端知ビル5階武田ホールにて開催をいたします。
We hold ADVANTEST D2T Tutorial 2025 on September 3, Wed. morning at Takeda Hall at Takeda Building.
We have three tutorial Lecturers, Prof. Kobayashi, Prof. Hatayama, and Prof. Alex Orailoglu.

Abstract:
DXを支えるキーデバイスとして半導体への注目が高まっているが，その品質及び信頼性の基盤としてテスト技術がますます重要化している。
この講演では，主要なテスト技術の1つであるテスト生成(ATPG)について，その基礎をわかりやすく説明する。また，ATPGをはじめとするテスト技術の最新の展開についても紹介する。
