From the organizer:

The Systems Design Lab. (d.lab), School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, was established in October 2019 through the reorganization of the VLSI Design and Education Center (VDEC).
At the same time, thanks to the generous support of Advantest Corporation, the Advantest D2T Research Division was reorganized as the Advantest D2T research department.
Based on the concept of D2T (Design-to-Test), we conduct research and educational activities aimed at bridging design and testing. As part of these activities, we are pleased to announce the 21st D2T Symposium, as described below.

This year's symposium will feature distinguished invited speakers from Japan and overseas, including Yuzo Fukusaki, Dr. from Rapidus Corporation, Kiitchi Niitsu, Professor from Kyoto University, Gilgueng Hwang, Associate Professor from Université Paris-Saclay, Ryosuke Matsuo, Assistant Professor from d.lab, U-Tokyo
, Dr. Yuki Okamoto from The National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Mr. Kazuki Shirahata from ADVANTEST Corporation, and Norio Kobayashi from ADVANTEST Corporation. They will deliver talks on their latest research and activities.
Additional presentations may be added on the day of the symposium. The Advantest D2T research department will also present an activity report.

Special Session:

When the Takeda Building was donated by Dr. Ikuo Takeda, founder of Takeda RIKEN, Advantest Corporation generously donated the T2000 semiconductor test system and the F5112-VD01 electron-beam lithography system.
For more than 20 years, the F5112-VD01 has supported cutting-edge research in electron-beam lithography and device fabrication, making significant contributions to numerous research achievements.
In recognition of its long-standing service and contributions, we will hold a tribute poster session, "Thank You, F5112-VD01," to celebrate its legacy and express our sincere gratitude.

We sincerely look forward to your participation.
